Daniel Dougherty is an International Senior Director with Alibaba Group’s Global IP Enforcement team supporting IP protection efforts. Daniel previously served as Vice President & General Counsel for the consumer electronics company, Monster, Inc. Prior to joining Monster, worked at other major platforms, managing global teams with responsibility for global trademark portfolios, trademark enforcement, and third party IP dispute management. Daniel has been named one of the 25 Most Influential People in the United States in Intellectual Property by The American Lawyer, and graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in San Francisco. Daniel has spoken widely on matters of IP.

Frederick Felman brings 30 years of success in product and marketing roles at high-growth private and public companies to AppDetex. He has extensive experience in branding and leading global marketing strategies and is an active participant in internet policy development in the ICANN community.
