Much has changed over the past year, including the diversity and inclusion goals at corporate legal departments, according to the latest annual report from the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium. 

Of the 200 in-house legal operations departments that responded to the CLOC’s “State of the Industry” survey, 61% said launching a diversity and inclusion program was their highest priority for this year, making D&I the top-ranked issue for 2021.
