Following a 32-year career at Hunton Andrews Kurth, Michael Boyd has become the general counsel of USAA Real Estate, the company announced on Tuesday.
Boyd said he stayed at Hunton Andrews Kurth because he had never been interested in practicing law elsewhere. However, working as general counsel with USAA, a longtime client of his, was something he could not pass up, he told Corporate Counsel via email.
