On the same day it announced its merger agreement to become a public company, IonQ announced on Monday that the former general counsel of Uber had become the quantum-computing company’s first chief legal officer.
Salle Yoo began working at the College Park, Maryland-based company in January. However, the company tied the announcement to its definitive agreement with special purpose acquisition company dMY Technology Group Inc. III (dMY III).
