The general counsel of Chase Consumer Bank, Kathy Card Beckles, will be departing for the top legal job at Verisk. The Jersey City, New Jersey-based data analytics company made the announcement Thursday.
As general counsel and corporate secretary, Card Beckles will oversee approximately 70 employees in the legal department beginning April 5. She will replace Kenneth Thompson, who joined Verisk as general counsel and vice president in 2006, and was made chief legal officer in 2011.
