Purchase, New York-based PepsiCo announced on Thursday that general counsel Dave Yawman will be stepping down after 22 years with the company and will be replaced by the company’s deputy general counsel and chief compliance and ethics officer.
David Flavell will step into the role of general counsel and corporate secretary beginning in March. He will no longer serve as the chief ethics and compliance officer once he becomes general counsel.
