Camp Hill, Pennsylvania-based pharmacy chain Rite Aid Corp. announced Wednesday that its interim general counsel has been hired to fulfill the full-time position.
Paul Gilbert has served in an interim role since May to assist with the company’s virtual annual stockholder meeting and other governance matters. The move comes just a few weeks after Rite Aid announced that it is expanding COVID-19 testing to 258 locations.
