3PEA International Inc., a provider of prepaid card programs based in Scottsdale, Arizona, announced that it has appointed Robert Strobo as general counsel, chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Strobo will lead the company’s legal team and focus on contracts and negotiations, consumer affairs and global trade compliance, the company said on Nov. 9. He began his role at the end of October and succeeds Anthony E. DePrima, who retired after nine years with the company.
