A federal appellate court has revived a lawsuit brought by the maker of a viral video about honey badgers against a greeting card company he accuses of ripping off his catchphrases.
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Monday reversed a decision tossing the trademark claims brought by Christopher Gordon, the creator of the wildly popular YouTube video “The Crazy Nastyass Honey Badger (original narration by Randall).”
