A national supplier and manufacturer of brake parts announced on Tuesday that it’s chosen as its new GC an attorney with a wide range of corporate law experience both inside and outside the U.S.
Brake Parts Inc. said that Edward West, previously an associate general counsel at Archer Daniels Midland Co., started as the auto company’s general counsel and corporate secretary July 11.
