DAV Foundation has hired Tung Chan, who most recently served as the top lawyer at the Ethereum Foundation, as its general counsel.
According to Switzerland-based DAV Foundation’s website, it is “a blockchain transportation platform which enables vehicles to discover, communicate and transact with one another using DAV tokens.” Through its open-source platform, users can buy or sell services for cars, drones and ships.
