Michelle Piscopo concentrates her practice in matrimonial law. She has handled numerous cases involving substantial marital estates and has experience with complex business valuation.

Michelle has represented individuals in the negotiation and litigation of complex matrimonial matters. Michelle works closely with highly qualified forensic/evaluative accountants and other financial experts and appraisers in connection with the litigation and negotiation process.

She graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, cum laude, in 2001 and was a member of the Temple Political & Civil Rights Law Review. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Widener University in 1990.

Donna Pironti, CPA, MSA, CFF

Drucker & Scaccetti

Donna is a Principal at Drucker & Scaccetti specializing in forensic accounting, matrimonial litigation support, and tax consulting and compliance. She works mostly with attorneys in divorce litigation where she prepares net income available for support calculations and schedules of net assets, as well as expense analyses, asset tracings, and discovery requests. She also provides expert testimony during trials.

Prior to joining D&S, Donna was a partner at a local accounting firm, where she led its matrimonial litigation support practice. She brings more than 15 years of experience, and often continues as an advisor after the divorce event in the areas of complex tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and flow-through businesses.

Donna earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, with a concentration is accounting, from Bryant College. She also holds a Master of Science in accounting from Bentley College and a certification in Financial Forensics (CFF) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

A member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, Donna has served on several committees relating to forensic and litigation services. She co-authored articles for the American Bar Association (ABA), Pennsylvania Family Lawyer, and the American Journal of Family Law. She has also presented continuing legal and professional education courses before the ABA, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, PICPA and the Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia County Bar Associations.

Civic and volunteer service includes past terms as treasurer of the Radnor Boys Crew Club, a member of the Gladwyne Montessori PTA, and the finance committee of the Greene Towne School.
