Archana Rajendra

Senior Associate General Counsel
Henry Ford Health System and Health Alliance Plans

Archana is an experienced leader dedicated to creating value driven solutions and sustainable growth for her clients. She is currently Senior Counsel at Henry Ford Health System, Health Alliance Plan a $6B non-profit integrated health delivery system, nationally recognized for its clinical excellence and commitment to innovative value-based care. Archana provides strategic guidance and legal advice on a broad range of commercial and government products, litigation, risk management and government affairs matters.

Prior to Henry Ford, Archana served as Senior Counsel for CareSource a $10B multi-state managed care organization. At CareSource, she handled a wide range of corporate legal affairs and oversaw pre-litigation disputes, litigation and legal operations. Prior to that, Archana was in private practice and a partner at a boutique litigation firm. Archana is an educator and frequent speaker on a wide range of topics to corporate leaders and students from litigation strategies to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Archana’s broad experience and community engagement gives her the ability to lead with collaboration and develop unique insights that lead to innovative and cost-effective solutions for her clients.

Archana obtained her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and law degree from Indiana University.

Lia Sheena

Senior Counsel, Privacy and Data Protection

Lia Sheena is Senior Counsel on Mastercard's Privacy & Data Protection Legal team. She is responsible for privacy matters across multiple business divisions including operations, marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Lia worked as Senior Privacy Counsel for Nielsen, Legal Privacy Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum, and Privacy Analyst for ad tech companies.

Lia received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School after completing her B.S. in Management at Binghamton University. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US, CIPP/E, and CIPM) and is admitted in the State of New York.

Nia Jenkins

Head of Commercial, Legal

Nia M. Jenkins is currently the Head of Commercial, Legal at Surescripts, LLC which is the nation’s most trusted and capable health information network. In this role, Nia reports directly to the Chief Legal Officer and sits on the legal department’s senior leadership team. She oversees, trains, hires, develops, and coaches a team of managing and senior attorneys, junior attorneys and contracts administrators which make up the Commercial Legal Team. This team develops, drafts, and negotiates customer and procurement contracts and advises the Product Innovation team on legal matters across product lifecycles from ideation to commercialization/scale. In addition to leading the Commercial Legal Team, Nia serves as legal lead on the Company's Business Development Committee to evaluate strategic company relationships and transactions and supports the Chief Legal Officer in numerous strategic projects for the company’s Board of Directors.

Prior to Nia’s current role at Surescripts, she was Senior Associate General Counsel – Data, Technology, Digital Health & Cybersecurity at UnitedHealth Group (Optum). She directly reported to Optum’s Chief Data Governance Officer. In this role, she served as business counsel to the Optum Technology team, which supports the entire UHG organization (over $242 Billion in revenue for 2019). This included primary responsibility for supporting data governance activities, data driven initiatives, digital health initiatives and products, and technology operations and transactions.

Before Nia’s role at Optum in the Data Governance Office, she served as the lead attorney for several OptumInsight subsidiaries, which included Optum Connect, Optum Puerto Rico, and The Advisory Board Company (Advisory Board). These subsidiaries are in the main areas of healthcare research, services and technology. In this lead role, she directly advised the C-suite executives, senior vice presidents, and vice presidents of her businesses. She identified and mitigated risk across all business functions including sales, product development, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, intellectual property, litigation, employment, compliance and regulatory. Nia joined Optum through the acquisition of Advisory Board in the fourth quarter of 2017.

Prior to Advisory Board, Nia worked as a technology and transactions attorney at The American Red Cross where she led deals for the acquisition of major technologies and equipment used during times of disaster. Nia started her career as a corporate associate at the law firm of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP where she worked on many biotechnology transactions for several Fortune 100 global corporations.

Nia graduated with her Juris Doctorate cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, and her Bachelors of Science in Accounting summa cum laude from Towson University. She is the mother of Azad (5) and Zara (3).

Cora Han, JD is the Executive Director and Chief Health Data Officer for the Center for Data-driven Insights and Innovation (CDI2) at UC Health. In her role Ms. Han develops and implements strategies for leveraging health data in a responsible and innovative way, and directs UC system wide health data governance initiatives.

Ms. Han joined UC Health from the Federal Trade Commission’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection where she played a leading role on health privacy matters for the Commission in both the enforcement and policy arenas.

Ms. Han received her Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University and completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Chicago Law School.
