In his role as Special Counsel for Global Privacy and Forensics, Chris helps HaystackID and its clients navigate the cross-border privacy and data protection landscape and advises clients on technical privacy and data protection issues associated with cyber investigations, data analytics and discovery. Chris began his legal career as an antitrust lawyer, before leaving traditional legal practice to join the technology consulting ranks in 2002.

Prior to joining HaystackID, Chris worked at Ernst & Young, where he led cross-border cybersecurity, forensic, structured data and traditional discovery investigations.

Sonia Zeledon serves as Associate General Counsel, Compliance, Risk, Ethics and Privacy for The Hershey Company. Sonia provides legal advice and guidance on the company’s compliance, and data protection with a heightened focus on leading the company’s critical Privacy activities.

Prior to joining Hershey in October 2019, Sonia was Regional Counsel at Nokia Corporation. At Nokia, she managed the Regulatory, Compliance, and Privacy issues arising out of the Americas region. She also streamlined and developed compliance and privacy policies, enhanced controls to address future risk, and implemented sound business solutions.

Sonia is a graduate of Wellesley College and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a double degree in Math and Economics and holds a JD from the University of Miami School of Law. She is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and Russian.
