Navin Mahavijiyan

Navin Mahavijiyan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Navin's most recent role is as the Senior Director of Legal Operations at ModMed, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of The Mahavijiyan Group since 2017.

Navin also held various positions at Evisort, starting as the Dark Lord of Contracts (Director of Client Solutions & Product Enablement) from 2021 to 2022, and then as the Managing Director of Client Solutions from 2022 until their current role. Navin was responsible for leading a team of attorneys, consultants, and contract management experts in implementing the Evisort Contract Intelligence platform.

Before joining Evisort, Navin worked as a Legal Operations Consultant at UpLevel Ops and InnoLaw Group, PLLC from 2020 to 2021. Navin also held roles at Integreon as the Director of Contracts Compliance & Commercial Services from 2020 to 2020 and as a Senior Manager in the same department from 2018 to 2020. Navin's responsibilities at Integreon included program management, leading contract drafting and negotiation, and advising legal operations teams.

Navin's earlier experience includes positions at Thomson Reuters, where they worked from 2010 to 2018 in various roles such as Operations & Program Manager, Operations & Contracts Manager, Program & Project Manager, and Senior Operations & Contracts Analyst. Navin handled legal process outsourcing, contract management, and project coordination during their tenure at Thomson Reuters.

Navin started their career as a Senior Legal Officer at PETRONAS from 2005 to 2009, where they focused on finance and corporate secretariat matters.

Overall, Navin Mahavijiyan's work experience demonstrates their expertise in legal operations, contract management, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Navin Mahavijiyan obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of London in the years 2000-2004. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as Lean Management, Accredited Legal Operations Professional, and Kira Certified.
