Join two sitting Third Circuit judges (Chief Judge Michael A. Chagares and Judge L. Felipe Restrepo) and two appellate lawyers (Ilana Eisenstein and moderator Karl Myers) for a discussion of best practices for litigating in the Third Circuit. Topics will include local rules, the mediation program, and recommendations for briefing and oral argument.
