Environmental laws and the regulatory structures that enforce them have developed recently as we have collectively recognized that pollution and environmental contamination pose a threat to our health and safety. This session will focus on how environmental litigation plays an important role in keeping industries and businesses accountable to environmental laws and regulations. Panelists will provide information about current environmental laws, and also take a look at the role that environmental litigation plays in the development of new environmental laws as well as the enforcement of existing laws.

Even with recent cases, making headlines, and the rollout of employee protections through recent legislation, harassment & discrimination remains unquestionably under-reported. Tackling workplace harassment must begin at a granular level, impacting an overall cultural shift that will truly eradicate workplace harassment & discrimination. Panelists in this session will examine key components to ending these behaviors, as well as provide an internal infrastructure, built to combat harassment at every level.
