If a person can be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of a crime, then the criminal-justice system can(doesn’t mean it will) get that person off the streets, at least temporarily, but… What happens when such a person has served his/her sentence, yet we identify that person (hopefully correctly) as still dangerous?… Or, what if we identify a person (hopefully correctly) as dangerous, but that person has not been convicted of a crime? This presentation will focus on COVID-19 testing and relevant regulations. We will cover the types of COVID-19 tests available, the various specimen types used for testing, and regulations determining who can receive the results.

As AI increases its role in day to day activities, concerns surrounding both consumer/user and employee data have grown. With the use of AI comes greater amounts of personally identifiable information (PII) data being stored and utilized, but at what cost?As society becomes more comfortable with the gathering and mining of sensitive personal information, the threat of AI will only increase.
