There are a variety of sections in our ethics code which encourage or direct lawyers to take action that could affect wide-ranging societal change. It's these sections which, if implemented correctly, could allow lawyers to "change the world” and that’s the thrust this program.

In this program, we discuss the elimination of bias in the legal profession. However, this is a two for one deal, because we also cover ethics. How do we accomplish that, you ask?

In this program, Dr. Brian Russell, a clinical psychologist and practicing attorney, will offer insight into different conditions and personality types that can make clients challenging for lawyers to work with. He will offer ethical tips and strategies on working with clients with impaired judgment, unreasonable expectations, poor boundaries, etc., while also digging into the ethics rules that attorneys should be mindful of.

In this program, Dr. Brian Russell, Clinical Psychologist and Attorney at Law, will discuss the different impairments that can affect an attorney. The ethics rules are implicated in addressing the issues involved and how it affects the practice of law. He will also discuss different ways attorneys can find help.

Responding to government investigation requires knowledge of updates and regulations along with ability to effectively navigate a number of ethical responsibilities. In this session we will discuss critical rules of the road to keep in mind during a federal investigation.

In this session, GCs and in-house counsel discuss the business benefits of a strong ethical culture, how ethics is valued in their corporations, and what work needs to be put in from the company and its employees to achieve success.
