Christian is a young, energetic member of the Orrick Analytics group. The group prioritizes using technology and project management discipline to assist firm attorneys with litigation and transactional tasks, particularly tasks that involve large volumes of data and documents.

Christian works with litigation attorneys and third-party vendors to manage the review and production of documents relevant to investigations and litigation. This work includes using early case assessment technology to analyze, categorize, and cull data. He also manages teams of skilled professionals performing document review, redaction, analysis, production, and drafting privilege logs. Christian assists litigation teams to prepare for trial, including drafting deposition summaries, factual memoranda, and exhibit charts. He also works with practice office attorneys on transactional tasks, including contract review and due diligence.

Jessica Block is the EVP and the Head of Growth & Transformation at Factor. Starting her career at a law firm, Block then spent about 15 years of her career on the consulting side of legal tech, with about 10 years as the senior managing director at FTI Consulting and five years as the senior managing director, global business group leader of Data and Technology at Ankura Consulting Group.

Umair Muhajir is the global head of DISCO Review and oversees operations in the US, UK, and India. He has extensive experience leading teams specializing in managed review, contract lifecycle management, regulatory change management, and legal research.

Before joining DISCO in 2021, Umair practiced law for six years as a litigator at Paul Weiss LLP, specializing in complex litigation before state and federal courts, with comprehensive experience in securities and accounting matters, patent litigations, and regulatory and internal investigations, especially in the financial services sector.

As Managing Director, Ms. Kibbe oversees Legal Consulting Services, Forensics and Collections, and Epiq Staffing Solutions.

Ms. Kibbe has over 17 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Epiq, she was Senior Corporate Counsel and Managing Director of the Discovery Response Team at Pfizer, Inc., where she managed all discovery activity, from mass tort to commercial, employment and third party subpoena requests. Prior to Pfizer, Ms. Kibbe was an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in New York and an Attorney for Texaco Inc. in White Plains, NY. Ms. Kibbe received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, in Legal Studies from Manhattanville College. She is an attorney licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.

She is a member of Sedona Working Group 1 and EDRM Working Groups, a board member of EDRM Advisory Board, a member and advisor of Corporate E-Discovery Forum and a co-chair of Thomson/ West Legal Works E-Discovery Conference. Ms. Kibbe has authored articles on various discovery issues for Law Technology News, Inside Litigation and Corporate Counsel magazine and is a frequent national speaker on discovery issues.
