As Littler's first Chief Data Analytics Officer, Aaron leads the firm’s data analytics practice and Big Data strategy.
Leveraging an extensive background focused on the intersection of technology, business, and the law, a team of lawyers, analysts, statisticians, and data scientists work with clients and case teams to harness the power of data to build superior legal strategies and improve legal outcomes. This team also advises the firm and its clients on the development, implementation, and use of analytic models and AI-infused systems, and using data visualization/data storytelling to enable insight, drive understanding, and extract value. Littler’s long-held dedication to innovation is exemplified in this team, and the firm is one of the first in the United States to hire a leader dedicated exclusively to data analytics and Big Data into a position in its C-Suite.
Aaron's professional experience - which includes time spent as an associate and shareholder at Littler, a stint as Senior Associate General Counsel responsible for eDiscovery at the number one company on the Fortune 500 list, and time as General Counsel and Vice President of Strategy at an Artificial Intelligence start-up - he has a unique understanding of the pressures clients face, and their need to leverage technology to extract maximum value from partnerships with outside counsel.
Aaron has lectured and published extensively on the topics of eDiscovery, Information Governance, Big Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence, and he is particularly well known for bringing cutting-edge solutions to the most difficult problems faced by clients.

As Pramata’s general counsel and chief evangelist, Foster Sayers is passionate about using his technical knowledge to help legal professionals be more effective.
Previously, Sayers was corporate counsel for Vertafore, where he led the company’s transformation of the contract lifecycle and automated the processes for organizing, storing and digitizing the company’s executed agreements using Pramata.
He also co-founded 121Nexus, a business with QR code technology solutions for the pharmaceutical and biomedical industries. Earlier in his career, Sayers held in-house counsel positions for companies in industries such as manufacturing, video and IT. Sayers has a law degree from Florida State University College of Law and a bachelor of arts degree in international politics and Japanese from Penn State University.

Danielle is the Founder and global head of Baker McKenzie's Machine Learning Practice, an industry-leading venture that combines the Firm's legal domain expertise with advanced data science and machine learning.
She was previously a senior lawyer in Baker McKenzie's IP and Technology Practice and a regional leader of its Reinvent innovation program. Danielle has also served on the Firm's Global Digital Media and Copyright Steering Committee and North America IP and Technology leadership team.
Danielle has been recognized by Fortune 500 clients as "nothing short of spectacular" and "having a level of sophistication beyond her years." She has a Masters of Law, Science, and Technology from Stanford University, where she was previously a member of the Graduate School of Business' Venture Studio and a Fellow of the Legal Design Lab and has served as venture coach in CodeX's AI and Law program.

Jeff Reihl is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the global legal business of LexisNexis. In this capacity, Mr. Reihl is responsible for global technology strategy, bringing together the company’s applications, product platforms and business systems to deliver LexisNexis world-class content to its customers in innovative ways.
As CTO, Mr. Reihl also leverages the company’s cutting- edge technology and deep customer insight to help legal professionals work more effectively and efficiently and achieve better outcomes for their businesses and clients. Prior to his current role, Mr. Reihl led the New Lexis Technology and Operations team, Global Solutions Development, and before that, Editorial & Content Development for LexisNexis. Before joining LexisNexis in 2007, Mr. Reihl held multiple executive leadership roles at Thomson Corporation in both P&L and staff functions, including Chief Information Officer of Thomson Healthcare and Executive Vice President of Thomson Clinical Solutions and Thomson Micromedex.
Prior to that, Mr. Reihl was VP, Product and Systems Development at ProQuest and also served as a Principal Engineer and Software Manager at Hughes Network Systems. Mr. Reihl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore.

Ilona Logvinova is Associate General Counsel at McKinsey & Company, within McKinsey Digital, working closely with advanced analytics, AI/ML, cloud strategy and enablement, and digital builds across a range of industries.

Prior to joining McKinsey, Ilona was Senior Counsel at Mastercard, where she worked on ground-up technology builds and tech transactions to leverage the company’s core assets and explore broader partnership opportunities. Prior to Mastercard, Ilona was an Associate at Fried Frank, where she specialized in leveraged finance representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financings.

Ilona has a BA from Columbia University with a joint major in Economics and Philosophy and her JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
