Caitlin Bottomley is a Director within Pfizer’s Discovery Services and Legal Operations group. Caitlin manages a discovery portfolio of large and complex litigation matters, including intellectual property enforcement, antitrust, product liability and government litigation.  Caitlin frequently works with outside counsel advising on technical and strategic issues involving discovery and information management. She received a J.D. in 2008 from The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and a B.A. in Sociology from Bowling Green State University in 2005.

Todd Itami has extensive experience?advising top global companies in the field of electronic discovery (e-discovery, eDiscovery) in a wide range of litigation and investigation matters, including insurance recovery, antitrust, patent, products liability, white collar, and other complex commercial disputes. He has been described as “a world leader in the application of technical e-discovery skills,” and has led e-discovery efforts and solved legal problems on cases of all sizes—from small private disputes to some of the largest litigations and investigations in U.S. history.

Todd’s unique intersectional approach to e-discovery law is helping to shape this this fast-moving field. He combines top-shelf legal experience with substantial technical knowledge in machine learning, programming analytics, software development, computer hardware, database architecture, and the use of emerging technologies.? Todd counsels clients on all aspects of e-discovery, from the most technical details of digital forensics, structured and unstructured data, and preservation of data warehouse environments to?traditional legal negotiations, briefing, depositions, and trials. He is well-versed in strategic software deployment, both as a primary author of bespoke software solutions and as a leader of larger software development projects. He has also saved his clients millions of dollars through workflow automation and optimization.

Todd serves as Gilbert’s Director of Artificial Intelligence, Information Management, and eDiscovery.

Based in the United Kingdom, Claire joined Integreon in 2013 and is the product manager for review solutions. In this role, Claire applies her deep expertise and client centric approach to further evolve Integreon document review services. This includes developing new offerings to help clients meet their long-term goals, identifying enabling technologies and workflows, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ultimately ensuring the highest standards for quality and client delivery.

Claire has been working in the legal industry since graduating in 2004. She started her career as a paralegal in private practice before moving into the charity sector and, in 2008, Claire went on to be admitted to practice law in England and Wales. Prior to joining Integreon, Claire gained extensive experience in several disciplines, including litigation.

Before redirecting her focus to product management, Claire was responsible for overseeing all document review delivery operations globally. Prior to taking on responsibility for delivery operations, as a project manager, Claire managed a wide range of projects involving complex litigation, regulatory proceedings, and government investigations, for an array of companies and industries, including Fortune 500 clients, large financial institutions and some of the world’s top ranking law firms. Claire’s experience also encompasses many different types of review workflows from basic linear review to complex, analytics driven, workflow solutions.
