I hold an LLB, an MBA, and two certifications in privacy law and information management.

As a privacy and AI leader, I am passionate about ensuring that Microsoft's cloud services and products are compliant, secure, and ethical, and that they protect the data and rights of our customers and users. I work with a cross-functional team of experts and partners to develop and execute compliance frameworks, privacy impact assessments, security best practices, encryption standards, threat intelligence, risk management strategies, GDPR compliance, cybersecurity policies, cloud access security, identity management, multi-factor authentication, data governance, insider threat prevention, and secure DevOps. I also monitor and advise on the latest developments and trends in the regulatory risk, privacy, and AI landscape, and advocate for the responsible and trustworthy use of AI.

Before joining CELA he spent four years working in the Office 365 Information Protection product group, helping to create and build eDiscovery, Data Governance, and Compliance features. He is an advisory board member of ACEDS and EDRM. Prior roles include being part of the Equivio management team, the founding team at DiscoverReady, and managing eDiscovery at RLS. He got his start in the industry at Merrill Corporation. Rachi is based out of Israel and enjoys hosting a bi-weekly video chat series on the eDiscovery Channel on YouTube.
