Jennifer Archie is a preeminent cybersecurity and data privacy lawyer who advises clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 50 global enterprises in diverse matters including litigation, investigations, compliance, and the protection of trade secrets and confidential information.

Ms. Archie has vast experience preparing for and leading the response to complex and large-scale data breach incidents. She regularly defends clients in Federal Trade Commission and state consumer protection investigations against charges of data security and privacy violations. Ms. Archie also represents companies facing fallout from major data leakages, cyberattacks, and suspected trade secrets and intellectual property theft. Her strategic counseling experience includes advising leading cybersecurity solutions providers in connection with the release of new products, features, research, and vulnerability test results.

Prior to entering the practice of law, she served as Legislative Assistant and subsequently Press Secretary to Congressman Christopher H. Smith (R-NJ) from 1983-86. Ms. Archie received her JD from Cornell Law School.
