Description

Corporate social responsibility is the impact of a company’s actions on society, which involves obligations outside of making a profit. This requires a company’s C-Suite and Board to consider the company’s actions in terms of the whole social system and holds the firms and its leadership responsible for the effect of those actions.

In this session, we will delve into the evolving key economic, legal, ethics and philanthropic concerns for CSR programs and the GC’s crucial role in ensuring and driving the success of CSR programs.

This program was recorded as part of Corporate Counsel's Women, Influence & Power in Law Conference held on October 5th, 2018.
