Hannah Selonick is the Director of Product Development at NexLP (www.nexlp.com), a Chicago-based software company that builds machine learning technology to assist corporations with their eDiscovery, fraud, and compliance challenges.
Prior to joining NexLP, Hannah worked at the Chicago chapter of Techstars, a global network of founders, mentors, across 150+ countries, dedicated to helping entrepreneurs succeed. For Techstars Chicago’s Accelerator program, Hannah sourced & recruited 2018’s 10 most promising early-stage companies in the midwest, and during program mentored the companies to drive growth and scaling strategies.
Before Techstars, Hannah was a Product Manager at American Express where she led Agile software development teams to build software solutions across nine international markets for the Global Commercial Payments organization.
In 2019, Hannah was featured as one of Crain’s Chicago Business’s “20 In Their 20s,” and named the class’s “Tech Maestro,” a nod to her talents across both tech and music.
Hannah holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Michigan.

Lisa Fleischman is the Chief Compliance Officer of I Squared Capital, an independent multi-billion-dollar global infrastructure investment company with over 125 professionals based in Hong Kong, Houston, London, Miami, New Delhi, New York and Singapore. The company specializes in infrastructure investments with over $13 billion of assets under management in the energy, utilities, transport and telecom sectors in the U.S., Europe and select high-growth economies including China, India and Latin America.
Lisa brings decades of experience handling compliance, regulatory and litigation matters all over the globe, both as a regulator and as a lawyer representing both publicly-traded and privately held businesses. She is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York in the Criminal Division, where she was Deputy Chief of General Crimes and was awarded the Director’s Award for Superior Performance, one of the Justice Department’s most prestigious awards, for the prosecution of the Cali Cartel’s top money-launderers. She was also Senior Litigation Counsel and Compliance Counsel at HBO, before becoming Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at News Corporation. Most recently, she served as Chief Compliance Officer of William Morris Endeavor/IMG. She has also practiced at the law firms of White & Case and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
Ms. Fleischman earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California Berkeley, and her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is a published novelist.

Julie is Exiger’s Chief Operating Officer, based in its New York office. She brings a distinguished career spent creating value at scale for rapidly growing technology-enabled businesses in the regtech, fintech and compliance industries serving a variety of enterprise clients from banks, to corporate legal and compliance departments, to government agencies. Her unique background and leadership in businesses using AI-driven software, technology-enabled services, and big data and analytics products help legal, financial and compliance professionals manage their risk and business outcomes more effectively.
Before joining Exiger, Julie held a variety of executive general management, innovation, and product leadership roles at companies like Wolters Kluwer (WKL.AS), Pitney Bowes (PBI), Gannett (GCI), and Bank of New York Mellon (BK), comprising more than 20 years in the compliance, legal and regulatory industries in both corporate and banking environments. Most recently, Julie was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of WK’s Tax & Accounting software business, providing a portfolio of market leading software and financial products to more than forty thousand tax and accounting firms in North America.
Mentoring individuals and teams, and speaking at professional forums aimed at encouraging growth that elevates professional women has been a passion of Julie’s for the majority of her leadership career and she is thrilled to have been asked to moderate a panel at this year’s WIPL Conference.
Julie has an MBA in Finance from University of Connecticut, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is married and lives in Danbury, CT with her Engineer husband, David and they have two children in college who come home occasionally for some traditional Italian cooking, and some quality time with duffle bags and the laundry room.

I currently serve as Executive Counsel on the senior leadership team of the global software and technology business at GE Transportation. I am responsible for advising and supporting executives, general managers and operational personnel on various legal issues, contracts and business risk and strategy. Mara V.J. Senn is the Director and Senior Counsel of Global Compliance Investigations at Zimmer Biomet. Previously, she was a senior investigator at the World Bank, looking into allegations of corruption, fraud, and collusion, as well as a trial attorney in the DOJ’s Kleptocracy Initiative.
Prior to the World Bank, she was a federal international corruption prosecutor at the Department of Justice who found, froze, and forfeited the hidden assets of corrupt dictators and leaders around the world, and prosecuted involved individuals. Before DOJ, she was a white-collar partner at Arnold & Porter for 10 years.
