Heather Schroder is Director, Senior Legal Counsel and Team Leader – Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, for Robert Bosch LLC. Ms. Schroder is based out of Robert Bosch GmbH’s North American headquarters in the metro Detroit area. Prior to joining Bosch in 2014, Ms. Schroder worked as Senior Corporate Counsel at ATMI, Inc., a publicly-traded, microelectronics company in Connecticut; prior to working in-house, Ms. Schroder worked at a law firm in New York City as a Corporate Law Associate. Ms. Schroder is admitted to the bars of New York, Connecticut, and Michigan. She serves on the Board of Advisors for Syracuse University College of Law. Ms. Schroder is a regular speaker on panels regarding M&A and cross-border investments. Ms. Schroder earned her juris doctor from Syracuse University College of Law and concurrently earned a Master of Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs of Syracuse University. Ms. Schroder earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Aimie Marie Killeen is General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. She has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since March 2017, leading our legal, corporate governance and compliance sections. Ms. Killeen joined Cardtronics through our acquisition of DirectCash Payments Inc. (“DCP”) in January 2017, where she served as Global General Counsel from March 2013. Prior to joining DCP, Ms. Killeen practiced for nine years at one of Australia’s premier global law firms. Her experience there included leveraged and acquisition finance, aviation finance, structured asset finance, securitization, debt capital markets, general corporate banking and restructuring. Ms. Killeen is a graduate from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia, holds a Bachelors of Business and a Bachelors of Laws and was admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Prior to joining Xometry, Kristie served for 16 years as General Counsel to Cision, a global leader in PR, marketing and social media management technology and intelligence, where she helped lead the company through 2 IPOs, 2 take-private transactions and numerous M&A transactions.

Kristie holds a BSEG degree in computer science and engineering from Bucknell University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and lives in Maryland with her husband and 2 sons.
