How is the survey sent out?

Each survey is sent through the following channels:

  • Email to our distribution list
  • Email to subscribers in our database
  • Social media posts
  • Digital advertising on our websites
  • Digital advertising in our email alerts

How can I be added to the distribution list?

You can reach out to [email protected] to be added to the distribution list and received survey launch emails. There can be over 800 companies in any given survey so while we try our best to get the word out, we don’t always get a chance to personally reach out to each company.

Who can vote in the surveys?

Voting is open to attorneys, in-house attorneys, judges and law firm/legal department administrators. We vet ballots for verified emails, duplicates, suspicious ballots, etc. to ensure the legitimacy of the results.

How do I get my company added to the ballot?

Please contact [email protected] with the survey you would like to be added to and the specific categories. We will do a search on our end to confirm your information and let you know if we request any further information in order to include you.

What does ‘Hall of Fame’ mean?

Hall of Fame status is awarded to companies that have placed in the top three in at least three of the last four years.

We hold a survey nationally and in New York, New Jersey, California, Texas, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia.
