Late last month, legal professionals gathered for the first of two diversity-focused “hackathons” hosted by the Diversity Lab at Harvard Law School. After donning multicolored tracksuits and performing a choreographed dance to “I Can See Clearly Now,” teams of law firm leaders and in-house counsel pitched ideas to help the legal industry tackle its diversity and inclusion challenges.

On Thursday, a new batch of attorneys gathered at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law for the second Diversity in Law Hackathon, where they will have the opportunity to create new ideas, or to re-“hack” the concepts that emerged last month.
