UnitedLex Corp., an Overland Park, Kansas-based alternative legal services provider, and 300-lawyer LeClairRyan have announced the launch of “a strategic business platform” that they hope will attract a “constellation” of law firms.
In an interview touting the landmark initiative, UnitedLex CEO Daniel Reed, a former senior associate at Greenberg Traurig, and LeClairRyan CEO Erik Gustafson, who assumed leadership of his firm in 2016, said that law firms will be drawn to a platform known as ULX Partners LLC.
