Mayer Brown has a new head of its global private credit group in partner Matthew O'Meara. The move is somewhat of a homecoming for O'Meara, whose mother has a long history at his new firm. O'Meara also has Sister Jean on his side.

Jones Day banking and finance partner Matthew O’Meara has joined Mayer Brown in Chicago as head of the firm’s global private credit group.
