Gross revenue for the Second Hundred was up in 2013 by an average of 2.6 percent, compared to 3.2 percent in 2012. The increase was less than half of The Am Law 100’s 5.4 percent growth. Fifty-seven Second Hundred firms showed an increase in gross revenue in 2013, compared with 71 in 2012. Seven Second Hundred firms posted double-digit increases in gross revenue. Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ceresi and Dickinson Wright had the largest gains, posting increases of 69.7 and 25.1 percent, respectively. Four firms posted double-digit declines after two consecutive years without one. Dickstein Shapiro had the largest decline, 19.7 percent.
