Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. on June 29 won $3 billion in a lawsuit against Oracle Corp. following a five-week jury trial in California superior court, by successfully painting Oracle as the killer of a once-lucrative technology that powered servers used by some of America’s largest businesses.
