When 22 partners left Schiff Hardin early this year to start their own shop, the problem wasn’t the firm’s bottom line. Schiff Hardin posted impressive results for 2015, with double-digit increases in revenue and profits.

Gross revenue was up 14.7 percent from 2014, reaching $276.5 million. Profits per partner saw major boost, jumping 21 percent, to $980,000. Revenue per lawyer rose 17.4 percent, to $875,000.
