Curt Roy Hineline, chair of Bracewell’s Seattle litigation practice, has left the firm to join Baker & Hostetler’s complex business litigation group as a partner in the same city.
Hineline served as co-chair of the securities litigation and enforcement practice at Dorsey & Whitney until April 2011, when he left the firm to join what was then called Bracewell & Giuliani. The latter rebranded itself as Bracewell in January following the departure of name partner and former New York City Mayor Rudolph “Rudy” Giuliani to Greenberg Traurig.
