Japan’s NTT Communications Corp. turned to Squire Sanders and White & Case for a pair of U.S. acquisitions in the cloud computing space worth a combined $875 million.
NTT Communications, a division of the larger NTT Group, agreed to acquire Denver, Colo.-based Virtela Technology Services Inc. for $525 million in cash. Virtela provides network management, security and cloud services.
