Aussie Firms on $911 Million Loan for Leighton

Herbert Smith Freehills has advised a group of banks providing a $911 million syndicated loan to Australian construction group Leighton Holdings.

Sydney partner Melita Cottrell led the Herbert Smith team advising the 22 banks, which included Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., the National Australia Bank Ltd., and Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd.
