Corrections, 9/11/2013: In an earlier version of this chart, the caption for Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company and Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation v. East Mediterranean Gas SAE mistakenly combined the names of two parties. Those names have been corrected. In addition, due to a data processing error, the entry for Casino Guichard-Perrachon, Segisor, Sudaco Participações Ltda. v. Abilio Dos Santos Diniz, Ana Maria Falleiros Dos Santos Diniz D’avila, Adriana Falleiros Dos Santos Diniz, João Paulo Falleiros Dos Santos Diniz, Pedro Paulo Falleiros Dos Santos Diniz, Península Participações Ltda. omitted the names of several parties and law firms. They have since been added to the entry. We regret the errors.

CLAIMANT'S COUNSEL: Hogan Lovells
RESPONDENT'S COUNSEL: Slaughter and May
ARBITRAL INSTITUTION AND SITE: LCIA/London

NOTES: In August 2010 RWE signed a cooperation agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government to build gas transport infrastructure in northern Iraq, with a view toward importing the gas to Europe via the Nabucco pipeline. RWE has since withdrawn from the Nabucco project. UAE–based Crescent Petroleum and Dana Gas, which are the leading gas producers in the region, have brought an arbitration against RWE based on agreements relating to Crescent's farm-in contracts. The bifurcated proceedings are at the damages stage, after a successful award was obtained at the liability stage.
