In May of last year, he advised a consortium that included Hastings Fund Management and the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board on its $2.3 billion leasing of a desalination plant and pipeline in Sydney.
Clarke joined Allens’ Singapore office as a special counsel in 2004 and was promoted to partner two years later. He served as the firm’s Singapore managing partner from 2008 to 2011 before relocating to Melbourne. Prior to joining Allens, he was special counsel in the now-closed Singapore office of
