Minter Ellison has added a competition and regulatory partner in Perth.
Matthew Knox is coming aboard from
Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where he had been a partner in the Perth office since early 2011.
Within the competition and regulatory practice, Knox focuses on the energy and resources sectors. He has advised Woodside Petroleum Ltd., Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers Pty. Ltd., and Water Corp., among other clients, on a range of transactions in the past.
Prior to joining Corrs, Knox worked for six years at Perth’s
Lavan Legal. He also previously worked for the former Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney.
