Iris Duchetsmann, who was a counsel and head of the China labor practice at Salans, specializes in cross-border employment and human resource management legal issues. She typically advises clients dealing in the finance, chemicals, automotive and education sectors.
Duchetsmann joined Salans as senior associate in 2010 from the Shanghai office of German law firm

Three associates are making the move with Duchetsmann. With the new additions, London-based Eversheds will have 11 lawyers, including two partners, in Shanghai. The firm also has Asian offices in Hong Kong and Singapore and is planning to open in Beijing.
