GLEN TRUDEL has joined Ballard Spahrs Delaware team as a partner focusing on financial services and banking regulatory matters. Trudel was a senior vice president and counsel at Delaware-based MBNA America Bank before it was acquired by Bank of America in 2006, at which point he moved to Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz.
