Boies Schiller Flexner staked its claim to the highest signing bonuses for federal district court and appellate court clerks via a recent internal email pertaining to year-end bonuses for attorneys.
The email, reviewed by The American Lawyer, announced bonuses of $150,000 for incoming attorneys with one federal clerkship and $175,000 for associates with two or more, an increase from the firm’s previous bonus of $110,000 for former federal clerks.
