Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe added real estate partner Peter Bergan to its Chicago practice on Monday from Loeb & Loeb.
Bergan joins Orrick after over three years as a partner at Loeb & Loeb in Chicago and more than a decade working at Jones Day in the Cleveland area. He will focus his real estate practice at Orrick on aiding operators in finding land for and establishing data centers nationwide, as well as representing investors.
