- Spencer Fane, the fastest-growing firm in the Am Law 200 by revenue over the last five years, is merging with Las Vegas-based Holley Driggs.
- The firm was drawn to Holley Driggs' focus in bankruptcy, litigation, water law and gaming, among other practices,
- It's Spencer Fane's third merger of 2024. More than six large firms have also merged in the western U.S. this year.
Am Law 200 firm Spencer Fane is continuing its westward push with another tie-up, this one in Las Vegas.
