Law Firm AssociatesIn the days following the launch of our annual Midlevel Associate Satisfaction Survey, the September Law.com Pro webcast will take a close look at the results, how firms are making associates happy and what they are doing to drive them away. Our editors and analysts will join with outside experts to take the conversation beyond just the survey results and look more broadly at law firms' renewed focus on talent development. How are firms ensuring their associates are up to speed, their new partners are building business and their owners are also acting as great leaders? We will also explore the results of the companion tech survey in which associates grade their firms on technology and innovation. Using this critical segment of the law firm talent pool as a barometer, our discussion around midlevel satisfaction will explore the ways firms are–or are not–hitting the mark on talent development.
