David Hepp, co-head of the financial institutions group and leader of the asset management transactions practice for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Matthew Collin, a partner in that same practice, are moving to Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, the firm announced Thursday. Both attorneys will reside in their new firm’s New York office. 

Hepp said the move, after close to 25 years at Skadden, was facilitated by the movement of the M&A market and the capabilities that Paul Weiss’s platform provides.
