Gibson Dunn is to bring in Linklaters’ leveraged finance co-head in London, in what would be the latest high profile departure for the elite U.K.-founded law firm.
David Irvine is set to join Gibson Dunn in London, after three years at Linklaters. While at Linklaters, he advised the likes of Blackstone, KKR, SoftBank and Brookfield Capital on a number of financings, according to the firm website.
