Many lawyers have already settled into their post-pandemic arrangements, including work in the office. But that doesn’t mean they are happy about it, survey results and respondent comments published this week suggest.

A majority of lawyers who believe their firm’s culture has changed since their arrival believe those changes are for the worse, according to the latest version of the Law Firm Culture Survey from Major Lindsey & Africa, published Tuesday. About 52% of respondents said they felt the culture shift at their firm was negative, while 48% said positive.
