The trustee of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy estate of fired Major Lindsey recruiter Sharon Mahn, who accused the headhunting firm of complicity in sexual misconduct, also described efforts to move the sexual assault lawsuit filed by the estate to arbitration in the recent court filing.
